She offers life-changing information about how to successfully manage Type 1 diabetes, which the vast majority of physicians have never learned, but which the millions of people who are dealing with Type 1 need need to hear. Her experience spans more than 30 years.
Her online medical practise has attracted clients from more than thirty states and ten other nations.
However, there are still millions of people all around the world that are having difficulty. To address this issue, she is getting ready to introduce the very first online training programme of its kind, with the intention of making life easier for millions of people with type 1 diabetes all over the world. This lecture was presented at a TEDx event, which utilised the framework of the TED conference but was independently organised by a community in the area.
About Sugar
Sugar is an essential part of our everyday lives, used in almost every product we consume. Found in candies, pastries, and even some savory foods, sugar has become a key ingredient to many recipes. But while the sweetener can be a delicious addition to food and drinks, it can also have several negative effects on your health.
Consuming too much sugar can lead to elevated levels of blood glucose which can cause weight gain or increase your risk of developing diabetes over time. Sugar consumption has been linked to tooth decay as well as increased inflammation within the body which may contribute to heart disease or other medical problems. Additionally, high levels of added sugars in processed foods are often accompanied by unhealthy fats, salts and preservatives that provide little nutritional value and instead put strain on vital organs such as the liver and kidneys.
