How to Get Back on the FullyRaw Health Wagon:
-TAKE RESPONSIBILITY: If you are blaming others for your shortcomings, you will not succeed. Hold yourself accountable, acknowledge that a change can only be made by you, and move forward. You are the change that you wish to seek!
-WRITE WHAT INSPIRED YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE (BRING BACK YOUR HEART’S INNERMOST DESIRE). We are all human. Be patient with yourself. It’s ALL ok. You have air in your lungs. This is a journey about self-love. It’s time to show yourself that love! Is it not the love that you always wanted?
-BRING BACK YOUR SPARK! Inspire yourself! Out heart’s greatest desires get lost sometimes, so it’s our job to bring them back to life! Get quiet and listen to your innermost desires.
-SPEND TIME WITH PEOPLE WHO INSPIRE YOU
-HAVE FUN WITH RECIPES THAT YOU LOVE! Create a fun dish with someone that you love to bring back the spark.
-KEEP YOURSELF INFORMED. Knowledge is power. Read books, watch documentaries, etc.
-FIND A LOCAL COMMUNITY. Create a support team.
-GET FRIEND SUPPORT. Get a friend to get back on the wagon with you!
-JUICE FEAST! (Supervised). Get educated and rest. People fail on crash diets because they aren’t fully in understanding about how to incorporate it into their lifestyles. Build your foundation.
-EXERCISE. At least 30 minutes a day to see benefits.
-REWARD YOURSELF WITH GOOD FOOD.
-VOLUNTEER. Give your time at a co-op or CSA. Give back to your community! It feels good!
-BE HUMBLED
-CREATE A PLAN. See my latest FullyRaw Meal Plan video. 🙂 Plan your days and make sure that you have your eating schedule, meals, and workout plans written somewhere.
-CREATE POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT. Leave notes for yourself like sticky notes on your mirror or your computer!
