7 Signs Someone is Hiding Their Pain From You



Is there someone you know who has been acting off lately? It might be a change in their tone or a shift in their attitude, but you notice that something has changed. This person may not be willing to confront you, dodging your frequent “how are you doing?” or “is something wrong?” Well, there’s a good chance that something has happened in their life; they might have suffered from depression, emotional pain, a traumatic event, or discovered something that deeply pains them. To help you understand them more, here are a few signs someone might be hiding their pain from you.
