What is mental strength? Mental strength is defined as the measure of an individual’s resilience and control over their emotional and psychological well-being. Building on your mental resilience takes a lot of time and patience. Oftentimes we can do things that hurt our resilience and make us more mentally weak. We can sabotage ourselves in ways we may not even realize. Are you guilty of some of these habits that may be making us mentally weak?
