Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. World Suicide Prevention day started in 2013 aiming to provide worldwide commitment and action to prevent suicides. We created Psych2Go in 2014 to promote mental health awareness online by creating a community of people who advocates for mental health. If you know someone who might be depressed, be sure to reach out to them.
