Raw Vegan 8 Years! My FullyRaw Feast!

Going FullyRaw has changed my life. A raw vegan diet is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle! It’s not solely about the food, it’s about the energy that you give your LIFE. It starts with the food! Raw Food is LOVE FOOD. It vibrates with higher energy frequencies that bring you life. When we feel more alive, we are more apt to smile, hug, and enjoy the simplicities around us. This past 8 years has been so unbelievably special for me. I’ve made so many new friends (like YOU!), and I’ve been able to overcome hyperglycemia, strengthen my family ties, become a hard-core runner, and find FOOD FREEDOM. I’ve learned how to truly celebrate LIFE. Just remember that no matter who you are or from where you are coming, you have the choice and the power to change your life. We are the creators of our own reality. We are the change that we seek!

I’m SO blessed to have you all in my life. Without you, I would be alone on this journey, so I thank you for celebrating our passion together! I’m sending you ALL my hugs and ALL of my love!

My FullyRaw Vegan Dinner Feast:
Large handful (or pint) of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
7-10 small apricots
Handful or small pint of cherries
Approximately 22 nectarines
2.5 zucchinis spiralized
4 cartons of cherry tomatoes with handful of basil (salad dressing)
2 heads of mixed greens like kale, romaine, spring mix, etc.

I’m not saying that you need to eat this much to go FullyRaw, but this is what I ate for my FullyRaw Feast! Eat fruit. Eat until you are satisfied. LOVE YOUR FOOD. LOVE YOUR LIFE!
