I really struggled with this. and I literally forgot the X hops, but I’m pretty sure they’d be extra hard for me to do since the lateral hops and back and fourth hops were tough!
The workout was:
2 rounds
16 reps
lateral hops
jump squats
back and fourth hops
burpees
x hops (i forgot these)
power skiiers *i forgot one round.. sorry!*
mountain climbers
