how to raise your energetic frequency.
The truth is we are shaping our reality each

that our actions and choices do matter. Good or bad, we create our own powerful
experiences. Raising your frequency is not a gift someone can bestow upon you.
Instead it is a reflection of having the courage to look within, to discover
what feels nourishing, invigorating and transcendent and to align your actions,

life, you will be raising your own energetic frequency and emitting a vibration

1. AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE
Practicing deep reverence and thankfulness
every single day immediately shifts your energy to a higher vibration. Thoughts
of joy, peace, enlightenment, love, and acceptance draw corresponding
experiences into your life. The brain often searches for evidence of danger in
an attempt to keep you safe but feeding into negative thought patterns only
creates a negative reality. Remind yourself daily that you are safe and well
and focus on even the simplest things you are grateful for. Thoughts become
things and feelings are the fuel for manifestation. See what needs to be seen
always and then, quickly return to higher ground to attract more goodness into
your life.
2. Inner coNNECTION
Silence your active egoic mind and discover
your inner terrain. Practicing meditation, yoga, breathwork or even sitting
silently observing the spaces in between the silence opens up new insights and
awareness and changes your personal soul frequency. Connection practices are helpful to ground your
energy and create a solid spiritual foundation on which to stand. Connection
helps us to reach higher states of enlightenment while being powerfully present
in the moment. Consistency is key to see expansive benefits. It’s better to
return to your connection practice every day for ten minutes rather than once a
month for an hour. Aim to grow your skills around consistency and your inner
connection will flourish.
3. EMBRACE NEW EXPERIENCES
There is a positive vibration to any new
wonderful experience. It opens up possibilities, expands awareness, brings you
into the present moment. Outside of your existing patterns and habits is an
infinite amount of ideas, experiences and fruitful possibilities waiting for
your attention and focus. When we get stuck in a rut, our energy can become
stagnant and stale. Instead, shake things up a bit, introduce some new energy
and awaken new aspects of yourself. Here are some great practical steps you can
take to raise your frequency and increase your knowledge. Read a new book, try
a new food, participate in a personal development program, listen to a new
podcast, attend a healing circle, learn a new skill or visit a place you have
never been before. Show up and savor. The world is your oyster!
4. EXCHANGE POSITIVE ENERGY
What they say is true. Who and what you hang
around you become. From a purely energetic perspective, human beings exchange
energy with everyone with whom they interact. You are always aligning your
energy to your environment so being mindful of the people in your surroundings
is valuable. Think about the people you tend to hang out with (and those who
tend to gravitate towards you). Are they light, easy to be around, expansive,
and at peace? Or do they attract drama, complain, and criticize even if they do
it jokingly. Take inventory of who you are exchanging energy with and allow
yourself more hours of the day to bask in positive energy rather than ducking
negative jolts. Ask yourself if you feel safe opening your heart to those
around you. Can you share your truth? Can you be vulnerable? Be sure to
surround yourself with people who support you, see you, and are living
fulfilling lives themselves.
5. Let nature be your guide
We are inextricably tied to nature. Parts of
our bodies resemble aspects of nature and our sustenance comes from the soil,
food, water and oxygen that nature readily supplies. The closer we are to
nature, the closer we are to our truth. Make time to be outdoors, even if it’s
just for quick spurts of time. We can all find the time to breathe fresh air,
stick our feet in the earth, and hug a tree. The negative ions from the earth
are soothing to our bodies, fortifying them and calming our energy. The
positive energy exchange between you and the earth shifts your frequency to one
of cohesiveness and harmony. Enjoy the practice of connecting with mother earth
and allowing her to expand your vibration.
6. RADICAL RESPONSIBILITY
A shift in your consciousness occurs when you
become wholly responsible for all things in your life – the good, the bad, and
the ugly. This practice puts you in the driver’s seat of life, allowing you to
be personally responsible for your reality. Releasing low vibrational states of
being, painful memories and emotional grudges is the key to living a happy and
fulfilling life. Your quality of life is in your hands and choosing to be
responsible for it means that you are never going to feel stuck or reside in
victimhood. Embrace your true inner
spiritual power to release anything that hurts your heart and move into an

7. EXPRESS YOur CREATIVITY
It is all in the joy of living! Paint, draw, sing, dance, celebrate, invent

Explore your gifts, seek them out, and invite your soul brothers and soul
sisters to join in, to play in the magic of life with you. Remember what you
loved to do when you were 5 years old? Or 10 years old? Reconnect with your
natural desires and your creative instincts from childhood. What can you share
with others to bring more joy to their lives? Know that your highest purpose is
to be in joy; to share joy, and to mirror joy back to the world.
8. OWN YOUR AUTHENTICITY
The most important thing you are called to
master in this lifetime is the art of being yourself. Discerning your personal
truth from what you were taught to believe. Cultivating the courage to stand in
your own beautiful light, and then speaking your truth with love. It is all
about being real. Period.
It begins with being mindful when you’re
putting on a facade to people-please, the times you put on your social mask to
protect you, and the subtle ways you may shy away from your powerful point of
view. It takes courage and time to align with your own pure, potent and
powerful energy; to stand fully in authenticity. So, give yourself the space to
explore and witness yourself while learning to access your unique vantage
point. Step away from your social mask and strive to say what you mean and mean
what you say. Rather than holding back your words or stuffing your emotions,
address them openly and know that you are always going to learn something and
grow from each experience. As you speak authentically, your vibrant energetic
frequency will awaken and inspire those around you to do so as well.
