In today’s celebrity workout for women, we’ll help you get a red carpet ready body. Celebrity workouts have to be fast and challenging, and this red carpet workout is BOTH! You’ll get a hiit cardio workout and strength training all in one. Here are the moves you’ll need to get your celebrity body:
1) Side to Side Hops – 15 seconds, a great HIIT cardio move to get your heart pumping
2) Roll Back Jump Touch – 45 seconds – Hits the abs and is a plyometric move.
3) Side to Side Hops – 15 seconds
4) Forward Stagger Pushups – 45 seconds – Killer move for arms and shoulders.
5) Side to Side Hops – 15 seconds
6) Goblet Squats – 45 seconds – Awesome legs and butt move.
7) Side to Side Hops – 15 seconds
8) 10 Toe Taps, 10 Mountain Climbers – 45 seconds – Cardio move that hits the abs too!
9) Side to Side Hops – 15 seconds
10) Plank Walk, Elbow Up – 45 seconds – Challenging exercise for arms, core and shoulders.
Each round is one minute of one exercise. Shoot for 15 rounds total if you’re a beginner (3 times through all of the exercises), or if you’re advanced, shoot for 20 rounds (4 times through all the exercises).
