Best Couples Workout Routine | Our Favorite Fitness Exercises

The past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind for me, and what’s kept me balanced in between adopting a special need’s puppy and getting ready for my two upcoming retreats in Bali has been my workout routine with my boyfriend Cash. I know you all haven’t officially met him yet, but you will soon, and he’s such an amazing support to me in my life.

Cash and I have been doing HIIT workouts together (…and hot yoga!) We’ve been challenging one another to reach our fitness goals as well as our emotional, spiritual, and life goals as well. It feels so good to be with someone who encourages you to be the best version of yourself and who holds you accountable. Not only has this been intense and fun, but it has brought us much closer together.

We filmed this video the week before Koko’s most recent seizure cluster that kept him in the ICU. Cash, Koko, and I are all so incredibly grateful and happy to be together now and getting better.
