7 Signs You Have a Toxic Boss or Leader

What is toxic leadership? Have you ever dealt with a toxic boss, toxic manager or perhaps a toxic leader? For example, the lead in a group project? The captain or head of your sports team? A supervisor or team Leader at work?

If you’ve ever encountered a toxic leader, then it will be easy to understand why it’s so crucial that you try to protect yourself, your mental health and sanity. The Alliance Against Workplace Violence (AAWPV) has commemorated the month of April as Workplace Violence Awareness Month. Wondering if you’re dealing with toxic leadership or a manipulative boss? Psych2Go presents to you the 7 Signs of Toxic Bosses and Leadership.
