Each round has 4 the same exercises. The time of exercise decreases with each round
ROUND 1: 60 sec each exercise
ROUND 2: 50 sec each exercise
ROUND 3: 40 sec each exercise
ROUND 4 30 sec each exercise
ROUND 5: 20 sec each exercise
ROUND 6: 10 sec each exercise
There is 20 sec BREAK between the ROUNDS
